Agree with Alan.

Transparency is paramount for this process.  While I understand the use of this list for internal coordination, it’s very important to use the global list for most of the CRISP activities.

I have received already a comment from the NRO EC on the creation of this list and the expectation that all discussions should be taken to the global list. Maybe an item to add for today agenda which I think for example should be discussed in the ianaxfer at nro.net <mailto:ianaxfer at nro.net> mailing list.
