[CRISP-TEAM] Reference to proposals from each RIR region

Thanks to everyone who have shared the references to proposals from your
region.

We now have refernces from all five RIRs - Great to have information
gathered so smoothly.

German please  post this information on NRO website.
Thank you  German for supporting us on other tasks as well.
