Thanks Craig for very comprehensive summary and appreciate that Michael 
has been actively in sharing feedbacks quickly.

I encourage others to take a look to :

1. To check description about your own region
2.  See if you have any questions/comments  about other 
regions'sproposal , or about the suggested consoliation proposal

It would be helpful to have your inputs in advance on the mailing list 
as much as possible before the next teleconfernece.
