[CRISP-TEAM] Time for future teleconferences: UTC 13:00 ?

Hi all,


I'd like to follow up on the suggestion by Bill Woodcock to organize
every teleconference at the same time, UTC 13:00.

My suggestion is to go with this idea, unless anybody finds issues with
fixed time (UTC 13:00) for every meeting.

 - Fixed time gives us more time to concentrate on actual work,
   (saves coordination of meeting time)
 - UTC13:00 looks relatively reasonable, from the list of time zones
   shared so far.

If there is anybody has concerns with UTC 13:00 for every meeting,
please don't hesitate to raise it.

Let me know before the next call on 11 Dec - We'll consider to rotate
time for each meeting if there are concerns.
