The NRO, on behalf ot the Regional Internet Registries, published a 
document consisting of Comments to WGIG on the Draft Working Papers 
Identifying Issues for Internet Governance.

The document was submitted to the WGIG with reference to the "Draft WGIG 
Issue Paper on the Administration of Internet Names and IP Addresses".
